Rolling Tuscany is the first product of my most recent visit to Tuscany. As much as I wanted to extend my time there, I could not wait to get home to replicate the beauty I saw. To add my stamp of identity, I attached coils of twine to the canvas before decorating them with brilliant colors. My goal was to guide the eye throughout the composition with the perspective of natural elements such as clouds, cypress trees, and hay bales disappearing into the distance.
